Studio Policy – Fall 2017 

Private piano lessons are offered on a semester basis. Students must sign up and commit to one semester at a time. Students are entitled to one excused absence per semester and are offered one make-up lesson for that missed lesson at the end of the semester. If students have not missed a lesson, they may pay for an extra lesson on the make-up day, or choose to take the day off.  There are no additional make-up lessons. Please call the studio if you will be absent. Lessons must be cancelled via phone. Students that no-show for lessons will not be offered a make-up lesson. Students that are late for lessons will be given the amount of time that is left in their normal time slot.  Parents may drop off students or are welcome to stay. If you drop off your child, please be sure to return on time. No children other than the student are permitted, unless accompanied by a parent.

Inclement weather: In the event that lessons need to be cancelled by the instructor due to inclement weather or illness you will be notified by phone. You will receive a credit for the cancelled lesson to be applied to the following semester. Please be sure to keep our records current so we will be able to contact you!
